SimpleCam v2.1 no longer available

SimpleCam v2.1 is no longer available for download or purchase through Dead Pirate Software.

If you have recently downloaded or purchased this software, then you will continue to receive support for it!

SimpleCam v2.1 now available!

SimpleCam v2.1 is now available for download. This version includes some bug fixes, along with a workaround for the Java runtime bug that was causing a red "X" to be shown, instead of the SimpleCam applet.

If you have any problems with this new version, please reinstall the old version and notify me of the issue.

The support forums have been locked because I cannot keep up with the massive amounts of spam. If you have a specific question, please send an email to simplecam[at]deadpirate[dot]com. You can still browse the forums for answers to common questions.

Also, there will not be any new updates to SimpleCam beyond v2.0. This is due to a lack of resources and time. SimpleCam v2.0 will continue to be available for now, but the product will be discontinued in 2007 sometime.

I will continue to provide support for all products (until further notice) via email.

Forums Now Available!

After an extended down period, the website and forums are now available. Some posts may have been lost, so I apologize if anyone needs to repost.

Dead Pirate Software is now being hosted by a much more reliable service. I would like to suggest that anyone who may be thinking about webhosting avoid Serverway.net at ALL costs. They do not have redundant servers to back up their uptime guarantees, and were unable to provide us with any support during the downtime.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, I'm sure this will not happen again.
